Final funding allocations for 2024-25 now published

The Education and Skills Funding Agency has published final funding values for 2024 to 2025, added to GOV.UK on 25 September 2026.

The dataset — Final funding values 2024 to 2025: August 2026 — gives maximum contract values as of August 2026 for providers holding contracts for:

• Adult Skills Fund
• Apprenticeships
• Advanced Learner Loans

Earlier versions of the same publication released indicative and revised allocations during the year. This update represents the final position for the 2024-25 funding year, which ended 31 July 2026.

What providers should check

If you held a contract in any of these funding streams in 2024-25, you can now verify your final maximum contract value against the published dataset. The data is available in both Excel and OpenDocument formats from the GOV.UK publication page.

Final allocation figures matter for:

• Year-end reconciliation — confirming whether your delivery matched your final contract value
• Audit purposes — the final figures are the reference point for any audit of 2024-25 funding
• Planning — understanding how your allocation changed across the year can inform how you approach future contracting

The original allocations were published in October 2024, with a revised release in May 2025. The August 2026 final figures reflect any adjustments made during the year.
